We would like to bring to your attention an important matter concerning fraudulent activities taking place in the job market, by advertising fake jobs in order to gain money and personal information. For further information and guidelines on how to react, please refer to the guidelines outlined by the Federal Trade Commission Consumer Advise (the “Guidelines”): Job Scams | Consumer Advice (ftc.gov)
It has come to our attention that certain parties (typically claiming to act from the US) are falsely claiming to be legitimate recruiters for Euroports, despite having no affiliation or connection with our company.
- Be cautious of unsolicited communications: If you receive emails, messages, or phone calls from individuals claiming to represent Euroports but seem suspicious or unverified, please exercise caution and verify their authenticity.
- Follow the Guidelines
- Protect your personal information: Do not disclose sensitive personal information, such as your Social Security number, passport details, or bank account information, to unauthorized individuals or organizations.
We are actively working to address this issue and take appropriate legal measures against those involved in fraudulent activities.
If you encounter any suspicious or fraudulent recruitment practices claiming to be associated with Euroports, please report them immediately to our Human Resources department (careers@euroports.com) and file a complaint as outlined in the Guidelines.
