08 Mai MV Endurance

On 28 April, Euroports Greece, acting as the terminal operator for our client GEK TERNA at the Kavala terminal in Greece, reached a significant milestone by unloading the RoRo vessel MV Endurance. This is the largest vessel ever handled at the Kavala Philippos B terminal and one of the largest commercial RoRo vessels in the world.

The MV Endurance boasts a gross tonnage of 72,708 MT, a length overall (LOA) of 264.6 metres, and a beam of 32.26 metres. Unloading operations took place on Monday, 28 April, and continued into the morning of Tuesday, 29 April. Over 400 units were successfully discharged, including containers and various equipment. The terminal area used for this operation spans over 45,000 m² and will be used for approximately one month, until daily deliveries of the equipment empty the area.
