At Euroports, we are convinced that leaders of tomorrow must be equipped not only with strategic & technical skills but also with a deep sense of social and environmental responsibility. That’s why our Euroports Leadership Program (ELP) integrates sustainability into every step of the journey.

This year, our participants took on a unique challenge: to design and build three educational games for UNICEF, supporting their global mission to help children thrive through play, learning, and protection.

UNICEF is a leading organisation working in over 190 countries to ensure every child has the opportunity to grow up healthy, educated, and safe. By partnering with them, our future leaders are learning that ESG is not just a framework — it’s a responsibility.
