Goal

You are responsible for business systems analysis and implementation to achieve Information Technology initiatives. This includes cross functional user/customer interfacing and liaison support between end users and all levels of the Information Technology organization. Prime initiative is to act as a change catalyst and integrator to improve the use of central global business information systems at global, regional and local levels. In this role you also coordinate project execution, tracks and you ensure high quality deliverables to achieve project success criteria. This requires planning and coordination of project activities for internal and external project members. You are also managing an Offshore development and support team.

Accountabilities

• Accurately collect and interpret business requirements to develop clear and concise systems and/or program specifications
• Maintain traceability between business requirements, technical requirements, design and test cases
• Perform analysis and offer recommendations to improve the use and execution of central global business systems applications.
• Support the preparation and presentation of Change Requests
• Support project estimates on request of project lead and evaluate impact of revision on functionality, costs, and targeted due dates
• Coordinates project execution, tracks and ensures high quality deliverables to achieve project success criteria
• Build user stories, use cases and user acceptance test plans
• Support user acceptance test execution, ensuring compliance with quality goals
• Deliver clear and concise documentation such as process flows, requirements, functional design, status reports, metrics, project plans
• Assist management in identifying system weaknesses and recommended solutions
• Assists in the preparation and presentation of management and stakeholder communications
• Feasibility and functional studies
• Managing an Off Shore development and support team
• Support role in IT initiatives from concept to execution, between users and IT; at local, regional, and central global levels to ensure successful systems initiatives
• Prepare training material and conduct trainings and presentations as required
• Written system application documentation as requested
• Prepare status reports as required

Profile

Minimal 2 years’ experience in Oracle Finance and related ERP applications
BS or BA degree in computer science or business administration
Strong familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle including planning, analysis, design, testing and implementation phases
Good business and application analytical skills
Ability to work in complex team structures, including distributed teams
Good verbal and writing skills in English
