27 Mar Inside Euroports’ Leadership Summit: Building the Leaders of Tomorrow, Together

Lifelong learning is part of our DNA. That’s why, next to our Euroports Leadership Programs, we also bring people together at our Leadership Summit uniting past cohorts from around the world, across roles and business areas.

This year, we explored themes such as impactful communication & collaboration, leading people and teams through change and growth, innovation, and digital transformation.

A big thank‑you to our partner Unloq and to our facilitators Dimitri  Dumont and @‌Yu Mee Tan for guiding the sessions with such expertise and energy.

And of course, Katja Schipperheijn was the glue that held everything together, challenging us to embrace  our Learning Mindset and how AI and innovation can support us in this.

The participants successfully completed the Immersion challenge, where they discovered the beauty of Venice and our Terminal in Mestre. We’re proud to foster leadership at every level of our business, especially in an environment where essential goods such as pig iron, flour and waste are processed with care, responsibility and global impact.
