A powerful new presence at Port-La Nouvelle!

The first floating wind turbine generator is now fully assembled — a striking symbol of progress for the EFGL Project and a key step forward for the region’s renewable energy ambitions. This success is the result of seamless collaboration between Euroports, Narval, Mammoet, Vestas, and Eiffage Metal, in close partnership with our client EFGL.

Euroports acts as a central project management specialist for logistics and assembly operations, providing integrated approach for offshore wind operations.

Euroports and its subcontractors are managing lifting and handling operations, along with general coordination. Integrating this first turbine presented its share of challenges — but also valuable lessons.

A huge congratulations to all teams involved! Their expertise, adaptability, and dedication have elevated the skyline of the Port of Port-La Nouvelle. This is just the beginning — two more turbines to go, and we’re just getting started.
