Euroports Holdings S.à r.l. is owned by a consortium of institutional investors.

Euroports continues to acquire a network of European ports with strong exposure to growth and diversified protection against downturn. The portfolio currently extends across multiple countries and locations in Europe, including Belgium, France, Germany, Spain, Finland, Bulgaria and Italy.

The Euroports management team is based in Luxembourg and is primarily focussed on achieving efficiencies and synergies across the portfolio of assets.

Antin Infrastructure Partners (“Antin IP”)




Antin Infrastructure Partners (“Antin IP”), headed by Managing Partners Alain Rauscher and Mark Crosbie, is an independent fund management company founded in 2008. The firm is based in Paris with a team of 23 professionals and focusses on direct investments in European brownfield infrastructure.  Antin IP closed its first fund in September 2010, raising €1.1bn from leading French, Scandinavian, German, Swiss, Australian, Canadian and UK investors.


Arcus Infrastructure Partners



Arcus Infrastructure Partners is a leading independent, specialist fund manager focussed on the European infrastructure sector. Arcus’ first fund, Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 1, is an unlisted fund with over €2 billion of commitments backed by over 40 institutional investors from around the world. The Fund invests in high quality infrastructure assets throughout the European area.
