On 19th August 2009 the European Commission granted approval for EUROPORTS to acquire the remaining 25% shares in Benelux Port Holdings (the owner of Westerlund, Manuport and CTB Magemon). From 24th August BPH became a 100% owned subsidiary of EUROPORTS Holdings.

BPH will now be rebranded as EUROPORTS Belgium. This rebranding exercise will apply to the holding entity only and will not impact on our valuable trading names including Manuport, Westerlund and CTB Magemon.

Following the change in shareholding, and effective 1st September, Marcel Genadry will be stepping down as CEO of BPH. Until a new CEO is appointed, Nick West (CEO of Euroports) will assume this position on an interim basis.
